We recently heard that Samsung would be launching a new version of their Galaxy S III mini smartphone, the only difference between this new model and the existing model is that it will feature NFC.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini with NFC was rumored to launch before the end of January and now it would appear that the device will be made available in the UK before the end of the month.

The Samsung Galaxy S III Mini with NFC will feature  a 4 inch WVGA Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, it is powered by a dual core 1GHz processor and comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Other specifications will remain the same as well and will include a 5 megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and auto focus, plus a front facing VGA camera for video chat, and it comes with either 8GB of built in storage or 16GB of built in storage.
