It looks like there is another new Windows Phone smartphone headed to AT&T on the 18th of March, as well as the new Nokia Lumia 900, AT&T will also be offering the HTC Titan II from March the 18th.

The HTC Titan II will be available for $199 when you sign up to a new two year contract with AT&T and the device comes with the latest version of Microsoft’s mobile OS, Windows Phone 7.5 Mango.

Other specifications on the HTC Titan II include a 4.7 inch Super LCD display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and processing is provided by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 processor.

The HTC Titan II also features and advanced 16 megapixel camera with a wide angle lens, dual LED flash, a backside illuminated sensor, red eye reduction and more.

On the front of the HTC Titan II is a 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat, and it also features a 1,730 mAh battery.
