Back in September Apple was granted a further injunction against Samsung in Germany, this stopped Samung selling their Galaxy Tab 10.1 Android tablet in the country,. and Samsung agreed to change the design of the device.

Samsung has now altered the design of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany, and it will no be called the Galaxy Tab 10.1N, the top picture shows the new Galaxy Tab 10.1N and the bottom picture shows the original Galaxy Tab 10.1.

As you can see from the photo, the new Galaxy Tab 10.1N features a more visible metal bezel, and this is supposed to differentiate its design from that of the Apple iPad.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N will finally go on sale in Germany, and some retailers have started taking orders on the device, although who knows Apple could decide that this design change isn’t enough.
