The LG Optimus Pad LTE, with sightings reported last year, has now been made official by LG. The Android powered tablet will be made available first in South Korea.
Now
that it’s out in the open, we get to know more of what LG’s first LTE
tablet has to offer. First off, it has an 8.9-inch 1280 x 768 IPS
display and a dual-core Qualcomm CPU. It comes equipped with an
8-megapixel camera at the back capable of high definition video
recording and a 2-megapixel shooter in front. It weighs 479g and is
9.34mm thin. A microSD slot and HDMI connectivity make the Optimus Pad an ideal multimedia device. The tablet
will also come with the Smart Movie Editor, Web Duet, SNS and
On-Screen Phone. It is still undetermined whether Android’s latest, Ice
Cream Sandwich, will officially find its way into the device as it will
have Honeycomb (3.2) as its stock OS. Via: Engadget |
