Today Adobe has unveiled a new photo service designed for Apple devices called Adobe Carousel, that allows you to store your photos in the cloud and access them from any iOS device or OS X Lion system.
Adobe Carousel provides you with the ability to browse, enhance, and
share your photos easily, without any storage limits and no difference
to the photos you view on any Mac and iOS device.Watch the video after the jump to see Adobe Carousel in action.
Adobe explains:
"What’s unique about Carousel is that it’s literally the exact
same photo library whether I happen to be on my iPad, iPhone, or Mac. I
don’t have to worry about syncing, and I don’t have to use extra
software just to get my photos from my desktop to my tablet and phone.
Everything’s always up to date—it’s just like email!”
Adobe Carousel
will be rolling out next month and will cost either $6 a month or $60 a
year initially rising to $100 a year or $10 a month after that. Adobe
Carousel support for Windows and Android devices is expected to arrive
next year.
