Earlier today we heard a rumor that Apple would be launching a new lower priced iMac, and now according to the BGR this new lower priced iMac is now available on the Apple education store.
It looks like it is only available to education customers, and
specifications wise it comes with a 21.5 inch display plus a 3.1GHz Intel Core i3 dual core processor, and 2GB of DDR3 RAM.
It also comes with a 250GB hard drive and an AMD Radeon HD 6570 GPU with 256MB of RAM, and prices start at $999.
