Akitio has unveiled their new personal cloud storage device in the form of the Akitio MyCloud Duo which provides 3TB of storage together with cloud access.  The Akitio MyCloud Duo is equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet connection and web based file browser to manage your files, together with a media player and the cloud access gives you the  convenience of being able to accessing your files anywhere in the world.

Its also quipped with the UPnP-AV media server, Akitio’s MyCloud Duo allows users to stream content within their local network to any available UPnP-AV and DLNA compatible devices. Access can also be achieved via your smartphone using the free mobile apps available for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
