StarTech has a handy pocket sized hard drive duplicator that offers an easy, hardware solution for duplicating/cloning SATA hard drives without the need for a computer.

The pocket device enables you to easily duplicate SATA hard drives with its eSATA and USB connectors. Allowing exact 1-to-1 sector clone from one hard drive to another, including partition and boot sector information and all data on the drive in one easy to start copying process. It can even be connected to a computer for use as an external hard drive dock.

Other features include an on-the-fly switching feature from duplicator to USB 2.0 or eSATA with the push of a button, allowing a connected computer to read/write to the drives with ease. The device has transfer speeds of 72 MBps; as an external hard drive dock and 480 Mbps or 3 Gbps; through either either USB 2.0 or eSATA respectively.
