It’s not actually A’ME but the A’ME Clamp On MTB Heated Tri Grips. As mentioned in the title, they’re heated. Heated grips aren’t that big an innovation, having been a round in many different vehicles. These A’ME’s on the other hand, are specifically for mountain bikes.

What the A’ME does and does very well is remove the need for gloves when mountain biking in frigid weather. Capable of six different temperature levels and available in six different colors, the A’ME is a revolution in bicycle handlebars. A small revolution perhaps, but a revolution nonetheless.

If you’re wondering how the temperature settings work, there’s a small dot of LED light on the edge of the handle indicating the different levels. A rechargeable lithium ion battery is responsible for juicing these mini-gadgets.

The grips are currently selling for $80 but an entire set can be had at the official site in a $199 bundle.
