Verizon and Motorola recently launched their latest Android tablets, the Droid Xyboard, there are two models available, a 10.1 inch version which retailed for $529.99 and an 8 inch model which retailed for $429.99, both of these prices were when you signed up to a new two year data contract.

Verizon has now dropped the price of both model by $50, the 10 inch version now retails for $479.99 and the 8 inch version now retails for $379.99.

These new prices are also on contract prices, so you will still have to sign up to a new two year contract with Verizon Wireless.
