Some of our readers will remember the Huawei MediaPad that was announced a while back, the tablet was expected to launch by the end of quarter 3, it looks like it will go on sale in the US before the end of the year and will become available in Malaysia in October.

The Huawei MediaPad comes  a 7 inch IPS touchscreen display, and it will come with Android Honeycomb 3.2, there is also a dual core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm processor.

The Huawei MediaPad also features a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front for video chat an a 5 megapixel camera on the back for video and photos., plus it supports full HD video playback in 1080p, and comes with HSPA and WiFi connectivity, it looks like it will retail for around $473 when it goes on sale.
