YouTube has rolled out a new experimental layout for its mobile users
which is now available to view as manual opt-in. Once enabled, the new
YouTube layout design provides a darker colour palette that show video
against dark backgrounds together with white navigation icons on a dark
background.

Twitter has announced two new developer events,
which will focus on the integration of Twitter into the latest version
of Apple’s mobile OS, iOS 5, the first event will be held in London on
the 10th of October and the second in New York on the 12th of October.
