The City of London has started rolling out and installing high tech
bins that are equipped with LCD screens to keep pedestrians up to date
on the news and travel services.
Called Renew Bins the project has been developed over the last couple
of years and is now looking to makes in mark in the 2012 Olympics which
will be hosted in London later this year. The Renew Bins are equipped
with two LCD screens and can be enabled to also act as mobile hotspots.

gamers looking forward to the new 1.4 patch being rolled out by
Bethesda, will be pleased to learn that its now been released and is
available to download through Steam.

PC gamers
looking forward to the launch of Prototype 2 will be disappointed to
learn that its launch date has now been delayed until July 24th. The
announcement by Activision was made via their Facebook page, but no reasons were given for the delay.
However on a brighter point the announcement also revealed a new
RADNET Edition of Prototype 2 would be available at launch, for the Xbox 360 and PS3, and will be available in "a limited number of the launch quantities”.

Nokia recently announced their first 4G LTE
smartphone for the US, the Nokia Lumia 900, which is expected to go on

UK mobile carrier Three has just announced the Three Web Cube, which is basically a mobile alternative to broadband for your home, and the device is HSPA+ enabled. According

The HTC Sensation has been available for some time, we reviewed the
handset last year, and now HTC has announced that they will launch an
‘Ice White’ version of the HTC Sensation on the 1st of March in Europe. What

HTC has confirmed that a number of its mobile Android handsets may
leak security credentials on Wi-Fi networks, and has now issued a fix to
help correct the problem.
The fix should automatically roll out
to patch the issue, but HTC does states that some of its Android
smartphones will require the user to manually load the fix on to their
devices. HTC suggests that users should check its site for more details
on how to perform the update.

Samsung recently announced the Samsung Galaxy S Advance, and now we have some details on when the handset will be available in the UK, the device will launch in the week of the 27th. The guys over at Clove have just put the Samsung Galaxy S
Advance up for pre-order, and a SIM free version of the handset is
available for £354 including taxes, and it will ship near the end of the
month.

The Huawei Honor
was first announced on September of last year, we also got a look at
the device in a hands on video, and now it appears that it could be
headed to US mobile carrier AT&T. The Huawei Honor was recently spotted in an FCC filing, and the device was listed with AT&T’sn 3G and HSPA+ bands, so it is possible that the handset could be headed to AT&T.
As
a reminder, the Huawei Honor features Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, and it
comes with a 4 inch FWVGA multi-touch touchscreen display with a
resolution of 854 x 480 pixels.

players with Google TV functionality, you’ll be glad to know that
Google has confirmed upcoming Chrome improvements and Blu-ray 3D support
in its next update to Google TV.
No
less than the search giant confirmed the update, which unfortunately,
will not be applicable to the Logitech Revue. Google has been working on
improving its Google TV venture, promising to bring useful apps and
other popular features to living rooms. Google TV didn’t quite make it
to mainstream consumers in 2011 but the company is hoping to change all
