After a long wait Samsung Galaxy
Tab 7.7 GT-P6800 owners will be pleased to learn that Samsung has now
started rolling out a new Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 operating system to
its devices.
The Jelly Bean update is rolling out in Asia first : Singapore,
Indonesia, Singapore (StarHub), Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines (Globe),
Singapore (SingTel), Philippines (Sun), and Malaysia. But expect the
update to roll out in more countries soon.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 is Samsung’s first AMOLED tablet and features a 7.7 inch Super AMOLED Plus touch screen display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.

Sony has announced their latest Android smartphone, the Sony Xperia
ZR, the handset is designed to be both dust and waterproof and conforms
to IP55 and IP58 standards.
The Sony Xperia ZR is capable of being submerged in up to 1.5 metres
of water for 30 minutes, and comes with a 4.6 inch HD Reality Display
with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
Processing on the Sony Xperia ZR comes in the form of a 1.5GHz
Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, the handset also features 2GB of
RAM and 8GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot that can take up to 64GB cards.

This week Notion Ink has unveiled a new addition to their range of tablets with the launch of the Notion Ink Adam II dual screen tablet.
The Notion Ink Adam II primary display is a 10.1 inch, 1280 x 800
pixel IPS screen, which is combined with a Secondary STN or black and
white LCD display for notifications purposes.
The Notion Ink Adam II is powered by a 1.5 GHz ARM Cortex-A9

Double Fine
used to be known for two things: CEO Tim Schafer and his ridiculously
great games made at LucasArts and amazing ball of amazingness Psychonauts. Nowadays, Double Fine is home to a lot more games
after a change of direction following the troubled development of
Brutal Legend saw the studio quickly release multiple smaller games
instead of one huge one.
Stacking, Costume Quest and Iron Brigade
came out of that turbulent time, but unfortunately the rights for most
of these games are still with their original publishers, one of whuch

Diablo 3 ain’t. While players of the Icelandic MMO giant’s opus are all
but encouraged to try and wreck the game’s economy and exploiters keep
their loot after loopholes are plugged, Blizzard is nowhere near as
forgiving. The recent Auction House exploit that allowed players to make
out like bandits has been closed and the 415 cheaters dealt with.

that was exposed when we increased the gold stack size from 1 million to

The Huawei Ascend P2 was first announced back in February at Mobile World
Congress, and UK mobile carrier Three has announced that they will be
offering the device on their network in the UK from next month.
The Huawei Ascend P2 comes with a quad core 1.5GHz processor and
feature LTE Cat 4 which will offer download speeds of up to 150Mbps, and
it comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Other specifications on the Huawei Ascend P2 include a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera , it also comes with NFC, and a 2,420 mAh battery.
The Nokia Lumia 521 recently launched with mobile carrier T-Mobile, although the device was only available through HSN initially, the handset will be available direct from T-Mobile on the 22nd of May.

521 is a Windows Phone 8 smartphone that was first announced back in
February, the handset comes with a 4 inch display that features a
resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
Other specifications in the Nokia Lumia 521 include 8GB of built in

features a 5 megapixel camera which is capable of recording high definition video in 720p.

A custom Batman Tumbler has been constructed replicating the Batman
Tumbler from the Chris Nolan Batman trilogy, and has been burned through
a budget of $1.6 million in the process.
Now the same awesome custom Batman Tumbler vehicle is being entered
in the famous Gumball 3000 rally. Watch the video after the jump to see

The custom Batman Tumbler was commissioned by a team from Saudi
Arabia and is equipped with a 400hp engine that can propel the huge
vehicle up to 100 mph.

The Huawei W1 was announced today, and it is the company’s first
Windows Phone 8 smartphone. It goes on sale online in the U.S. this
month. Huawei says that the W1 is easier to use, gives quicker access to
vital information and it is more personal.
The Huawei W1 sports a 4-inch Gorilla Glass IPS LCD touchscreen display, a 1.2GHz dualcore processor, a 5 megapixel auto-focus camera on the back with 4X digital zoom and LED flash and a VGA front camera with single LED flash.
Other features include a 1,950 mAh battery. Internal storage is
1.7GB, though there’s the option of increasing storage by using microSD
cards up to 32GB. We don’t have any pricing or availability details yet
however.
Apple’s iTunes is available for the desktop version of Windows 8, but Microsoft wants Apple to create a Metro version of the app for Windows 8, and Microsoft have being trying to convince Apple to make one.
Apple is apparently reluctant to make a Windows 8 iTine App, and it
looks like we may have to wait some time to see one as Microsoft has yet
to talk Apple into making the app.

According to Microsoft, iTunes is one of the most searched for apps
on the Windows 8 store, and whilst Microsoft has been able to secure big
name apps like Twitter and Netflix for Windows 8 they have yet to
convince Apple to release an iTunes app for the platform.
