HTC has started rolling out a software update for some of its older Android smartphones, which include the HTC Desire S and the HTC Desire HD, and the update brings the latest version of HTC’s custom user interface to the devices, HTC Sense 3.0.

The update brings a range of new features to the HTC Desire HD and HTC Desire S, which include the new 3D carousel, some new widgets, an enhanced unlock screen and more.

The update is only being rolled out to SIM free devices in the UK, there are no details on when the update will hit the carrier branded versions of these devices.
