The Motorola Droid Razr features a Super AMOLED qHD display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, processing is provided by a dual core 1.2GHz processor and there is also an 8 megapixel camera which can record full HD video in 1080p.


It comes with Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread and it features a front facing HD video camera for video chat, and it comes with 32GB of storage, 16GB built in and 16GB via the microSD card slot.

Yesterday we got to see the first Windows Phone smartphones from Nokia, the Nokia Lumia 800 and the Nokia Lumia 710, but not it would appear that Nokia has been showing off something much for interesting at Nokia World 2011, a Flexible smartphone prototype.

The guys from Cnet spotted the flexible smartphone prototype at Nokia World, and you can see it in action in the video below, and Nokia calls it the Nokia Kinetic Device.


It certainly looks very interesting from the video, the way the menus and on screen content can be changed by flexing the device. You can see lots more photos and find out more details over at Cnet.

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is expected to go on sale here in the UK next month, and we have already been told by one online retailer that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus will be available in the UK from the 17th of November for £515.

Now the Samsung Galaxy Nexus has turned up on Amazon UK with a price of £549.99 and according to Amazon it will be available from the 10th of November.


The Samsung Galaxy Nexus features a 4.65 inch Super AMOLED HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixel, it will come with Android 4.o Ice Cream Sandwich, and features a dual core 1.2GHz processor.

Other specifications on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus include an advanced 5 megapixel camera which can record Full HD video in 1080p.

Earlier today Nokia announced its first Windows Phone smartphones, the Nokia Lumia 800 and the Nokia Lumia 710, and we now have the full specifications on the Nokia Lumia 710.

The Nokia Lumia 710 will come with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango, and it features a 3.7 inch WVGA touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, processing is provided by a single core 1.4GHz processor and it also comes with 512MB of RAM and 8GB of built in storage.


The Lima 710 features a 5 megapixel camera with an LED flash and it is capable of recording HD video in 720p at 30 frames per second, there is also a 1,300 mAh battery and it comes with Bluetooth 2.1, A-GPS, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and a micro USB port.

The Nokia Lumia 710 Windows Phone is expected to go on sale in early 2012 and will retail for around 270 Euros before taxes.

Nokia’s N9 smartphone will only be available in some countries around the world after Nokia announced that it would no longer be producing MeeGo based devices, and it wont be available in the US, which is a shame as it could have been a popular device from Nokia.


Later this week we will see Nokia’s first Windows Phone device, one of which is rumored to share a similar design to the Nokia N9, and now Nokia has released a video showing how the Nokia N9 is made.


We are hoping that Nokia’s new Windows Phone device, which will be announced tomorrow look as good as the Nokia N9.

The need to customize the appearance of the iPhone is pressing for, many users. LG announced the LG Optimus LTE recently, which will go on sale in South Korea, the company has yet to confirm when it will launch in the US, but it would appear that it is headed to Canada as the LG Eye.

It looks like the LG Optimus LTE will be available with Canadian carrier Bell, although the carrier has yet to confirm it, as a reminder the LG Optimus LTE or LG Eye as it will be called in Canada features a 4.5 inch IPS HD display which comes with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, which means it will be able to display HD movies in 720p.


Other specifications on the LG Optimus LTE include Android 2.3 Gingerbread, plus a dual core 1.5GHz processor, and a 8 megapixel camera which is capable of recording full HD video in 1080p, plus WiFi, Bluetooth, DLNA, HDMI and a 1,830 mAh battery.

We have been hearing about the HTC Rezound (HTC Vigor) for quite a while now, we have already seen some leaked photos of the device and now we have a leaked press shot of the HTC Rezound in an official HTC case.

The press shot below clearly shows of the new HTC Rezound which we were expecting to be announced earlier this month and it is rumored to come with a 4.3 inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.


Other rumored specifications on the HTC Rezound include a dual core 1.5GHz processor, plus an 8 megapixel camera and a front facing 2 megapixel camera, it is rumored to come with 1GB of RAM and Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, plus HTC’s Sense 3.5 UI.

Microsoft has announced that it will be making the latest version of Windows Phone, Windows Phone 7.5 available to ‘nearly everyone’, and update notifications should start to roll out to Windows Phone handsets.

Microsoft has said they are also still working with specific mobile carriers like Orange in Europe to resolve a few technical issues, and once those issues are resolved the updates should start rolling out.

We have been hearing about the new HTC EVO Design 4G for a while now, we saw a leaked press shot of the device recently, and it is now official and it comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread.


The HTC EVO Design 4G features a 4 inch qHD display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, processing is provided by a single core 1.2GHz processor and there is also a five meagpixel camera with an LED flash.

The HTC EVO Design 4G can record HD video in 720p, and there is also a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat, plus WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, and an 8GB microSD card.

The EVO Design 4G will be available with mobile carrier Sprint in  the US for $99.99 when you sign up to a new two year contract.
