If you have been patiently waiting for LG’s massive 84 inch Ultra HD TV
to arrive in the UK, and have deep enough pockets for its £22,500
pricetag, you will be pleased to know that is has now arrived in the UK.
Unfortunately for UK residents the exchange rate from US dollars to
pounds Sterling has not done them any favours, as the saying HD TV in the US is priced at $22,500, but the exchange rate answer the UK equivalent price to $36,000.

Last Friday the day of official launch of Apples new 2012 iMac Intel 21.5″ a couple of quick pictures surfaced showing the new super thin iMac system’s internal workings.

Last week we had our first official word from Microsoft on when they will be releasing the Windows Phone 7.8 software update for existing devices, the official word is that it will be available in early 2013.
Now we have a video of Windows Phone 7.8 running on Nokia’s Lumia
900 smartphone, the video below gives us a brief look at what Widows

The majority of Apple’s products are made in China by manufacturing partners like Foxconn, but now it would appear that some of Apple’s new iMacs, which launched last week are actually made in the US.
On Friday we saw a teardown of Apple’s new 21.5 inch iMac,
and this has revealed that some of these models are actually made in
the US, as the casing on some of the devices is labelled with ‘Assembled
in USA’.
Of course this does not mean that Apple will be moving the production
of all their devices to the US, as it is much cheaper for them to have
the devices made in China by their various manufacturing partners.

Acer has this week taken the wraps off a new edition to their range
of notebook devices with the unveiling of the new Acer TravelMate B113
notebook, which Acer says has been designed to provide the perfect
everyday learning companion for students.
As you would expect with any new PC notebooks launched after
Microsoft’s Windows 8 official launch, it comes equipped with Microsoft
Windows 8 Professional, together with a copy of Microsoft’s Windows 7
operating system.

t has been rumoured for some time that Microsoft has been considering
adding its own media player within its new cloud storage service
SkyDrive.
But this week the Liveside website has discovered snippets within the
code of the newly streamlined SkyDrive service applications which
indicate that Microsoft may be launching a direct media playback feature
within their SkyDrive storage.
Earlier this year Microsoft announced their new Xbox
Music service, which fuelled speculation of integration with SkyDrive

We have been hearing rumors for a while that Google would launch an even cheaper version of their Google Nexus 7 tablet
which is rumored to retail for just $99, although these rumors died off
when the new updated Nexus 7 tablets were introduced recently.
Now it would appear that Google may have a $99 Nexus 7 tablet in the
works, as a new, yet to be announced Nexus 7 tablet has appeared in the GLbench benchmarks, and the device features Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean.
This new Nexus tablet features
the model name of ASUS ME172V, and the specifications are different
than the current entry level Google Nexus 7 tablet, which include a 1GHz
processor and 400MHz Mali GPU, the device also features a screen
resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels.

HTC Windows Phone 8S Not Coming To The USWhen HTC announced its new Windows Phone 8 smartphones, the HTC
Windows Phone 8X and the HTC Windows Phone 8S, we thought that both
handset would be available in the US as well as Europe.
Now it would appear that HTC does not plan to launch the cheaper HTC
Windows Phone 8S in the US, you can see an official statement from HTC
below.
"The Windows Phone 8X by HTC is our signature Windows Phone available at AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless
in the U.S. With our focus on the Windows Phone 8X by HTC, the Windows
Phone 8S is not currently planned for distribution in the U.S. market.”

Samsung recently started rolling out the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
update to some of their recent Android tablets, and now one of their
older tablets has received an Android update as well, although this is
the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich update.
Samsung has started rolling out the Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich
update to the original Galaxy Tab 8.9, and it looks like owners of the
device who live in Austria have received the update first.
The update is available as an OTA update and also through Samsung’s

HTC & AT&T announced a new Android smartphone
recently, the HTC One VX, which we had previously heard would be
available from AT&T in November, and now it would appear that the
handset will launch on AT&T on the 7th of December. The HTC One VX comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and HTC Sense 4, it features a 4.5 inch qHD display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, and the device comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Other specifications on the HTC One VX include a 5 megapixel camera
which can record HD video in 1080p and it also comes with NFC,the device
will be available for $49 when you sign up to a new two year contract
with AT&T.

Verizon Wireless
has announced that they will be releasing the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean
update to two of their smartphones this week, the Droid RAZR HD and the
Droid RAZR Maxx HD.
The Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update will bring a number of new features
to both devices, which include voice search, updated notifications,
Google Now and more.
DROID RAZR HD and DROID RAZR MAXX HD by Motorola are the next smartphones to be upgraded to Android 4.1, Jelly Bean. The software upgrade
will be pushed out to customers in phases starting next week. Customers
can visit the support page for more information about the Jelly Bean
upgrade.
Verizon have not given a specific date this week on when the update
