Hardcore Assassin’s Creed fans or those looking to get started on the series might be interested to learn that a new book set is launching this month in the form of the Assassin’s Creed Anthology.

The Assassin’s Creed Anthology consists of every Assassin’s Creed console game and DLC add-on for the Assassin’s Creed series for £120, view a full list of everything included after the jump.

The Assassin’s Creed Anthology also includes a Assassin’s Creed 3 Season Pass, which saves gamers 25 percent over buying each Assassin’s Creed 3 DLC individually. With the first Assassin’s Creed 3 DLC expected to arrive in December 2012.

Microsoft has launched the next installment in their Halo series on the Xbox 360, Halo 4 and Microsoft has put together from their launch event on London which you can see below.

Microsoft are expecting Halo 4 to be their most popular game in the Halo series to date, it will be interesting to see if it is as popular as previous versions of Halo.

New game design studio Red Barrels has released more details regarding its new Outlast first-person-shooter horror title they are currently developing, which is powered by the Unreal Games Engine.

Outlast will be launching on Steam next summer, but the studio released a trailer for the new game on Halloween. Watch the video after the jump to learn more about the Outlast project and see it in action.

In an interview with games website Joystiq Red Barrels co-founders Philippe Morin and David Chateauneuf explained a little more about the game and its dynamics.

Bethesda has today announced that the new Skyrim Dragonborn DLC will be arriving on Xbox 360 console on December 4th, and will be the third downloadable content to be released for the Skyrim game. Enjoy!




The Dragonborn DLC takes place on the north-easterly independent island of Solthseim, and will include ridable dragons which might even be controllable in game, rather than just a set video clip.

"The DLC title Dragonborn refers to the first of your kind a sinister and powerful entity known as the Dragonbeast who wants to return to the land he once ruled, Solstheim, and consume all dragons again.”

A new Android mini PC has been launched on to the market this week in the form of the Minix NEOG G4 which is now available to purchase for just $76, and is powered by a Rockchip RK3066 dual core processor.

The Rockchip RK3066 dual core processor within the Minix NEOG G4 Android mini PC is supported by 1GB of RAM and comes with 8GB of internal storage.


The Minix NEOG G4 comes supplied running Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) operating system, but an update to support Google’s latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system is currently under development and is expected to be released very soon.

As well as offering the new Sony Xperia TL, AT&T is now offering LG’s latest Android handset, the LG Optimus G, and the device is available for $199.99 when you sign up to a new two year contract with AT&T.

They are also offering the handset unlocked without a contract, although this will set you back $549.99 up front, the device comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, but LG have said it will be getting the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update.


The LG Optimus G features a quad core 1.5GHz Krait Snapdragon S4 processor, there is also 2GB of RAM and the handset comes with 4G LTE, plus a 4.7 inch multi-touch display with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels.

Rovio Mobile is obviously hoping that their new Angry Birds Star Wars game is going to be a hit with Star Wars fans, we have already seen a couple of video of the gameplay on Angry Birds Star Wars, and now we have another.

Some of our readers will remember the OUYA open source gaming console that we featured on the site a while back, the device was expected to launch with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Now the developers behind the OUYA console have announced that it will come with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box, and they have also released some more details on the consoles hardware for developers.
