Some people like to take a minimalist to their desktop. But full sized keyboards
and mice take up valuable desk space and if you’re looking for a way to
minimize that, this keyboard/touchpad concept might be a good way to
go. It was designed by Min Koo Yeo and is called "Inside Out”.
It looks like just a keyboard at first glance, but according to the
designer, it is meant to serve dual purposes. One side is a keyboard,
the other a touchpad, allowing you to interact with it, perform gestures
etc. Having such a large touchpad could come in handy, but having
to flip between the keyboard and touchpad could be a pain in the butt. Source

Canadians can breath a sigh of relief if they are among those waiting for the Galaxy camera. They can get the Samsung
Galaxy Camera starting December 7th. They can get it at either a local
Black’s Photography store or the official Samsung store in Burnaby, BC.
The Canadian model keeps the HSPA+ data found in the AT&T version,
but the similarity in networks in the north works to your advantage: a
data micro-SIM from any of the larger carriers will be enough for some
3G photo sharing. We don’t have a Canadian price yet, but it shouldn’t be too far from the $500 US price. Source Engadget

Barneys launched genes@co-op,
an interactive cafe featuring a 30-foot long digital banquet table. We
were asked to develop a concept for the table top that included a simple
ordering system and interactive experience. Working with Perceptive
Pixel's backend technology and hardware.
they developed the concept of a
"digital river" that flows across the table made up of twenty-eight
interactive touch screens. Treating the table both as one giant screen
and 28 individual screens, we created a display interface where users
can seamlessly order food, browse Barneys New York articles, products,

I’ve seen some thin flash drives
that use USB ports for power over the years. I think the thinnest of
ever seen maybe the new intelliPaper flash drive that recently launched.
These little flash drives put the USB connectors and the storage chips in a thin piece of paper.
I think it’s impressive that they can fit NAND flash
storage and the USB contacts onto a normal piece of paper. This opens
the door for people to be able to use the little flash drives as wedding
invitations, event tickets, gift cards, and just about anything else
you can think of. The company behind intelliPaper is seeking to
raise $300,000 to bring the product to market through Indiegogo. Through
