Wacom has unveiled its latest stylus offering for users of
touchscreen smartphones and tablets. The new stylus will also work with
touch screen Windows 8 devices. The stylus is called the Bamboo Stylus
feel.
The new stylus uses Wacom’s patented electromagnetic resistance
technology working with tablets that use Wacom feel technology in their
designs and others. One example of a tablet that uses that technology is
the Galaxy Note 10.1. The new bamboo Stylus feel brings high-quality
pressure sensitive pens for note taking, sketching, and navigating on
tablets.
The stylus delivers a combination of active pen and sensor technology
emulating the feel of traditional ballpoint pen or pencil writing. The
Bamboo Stylus Feel will be available on January 7 in two versions. A
carbon fiber version will be available for $79.95 with a cheaper version
made from different materials available for $39.95.
