Huawei recently announced their latest Android smartphone, the Huawei Ascend P1, and now according to a recent report the company may be about to release an LTE enable version of the P1 along with a larger capacity battery.
The new comes from the guys over at Blog of Mobile who have managed to get their hands on a leaked image of the new LTE
enabled P1, which you can see in the second photograph[h below, the
first photo is of the Huawei P1 that was announced recently.
Apart from the addition of LTE and a larger capacity battery, the new
Huawei P1 LTE is expected to feature the same specifications as the P1,
which include a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED qHD touchscreen display that has a
resolution of 540 x 960 pixels.
Processing will be provided by a dual core 1.5GHz TI OMAP 4460
processor, and graphics are provided by an SGX 540 GPU, and the LTE
version is also expected to feature the latest version of Google’s
mobile OS, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Other specifications in include a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera
plus a rear facing 8 megapixel backside illuminated camera, plus WiFi,
DLNA and HDMI out.
Of course this has yet to be confirmed by Huawei, as soon as we get
some more information or an official announcement from Huawei on the LTE
version we will let you guys know.
