It looks like CyanogenMod 9 will bring a new music app to Android devices when it is released, and it comes with some interesting features which include motion controls for music playback as well as gesture controls.

It looks like owners of Google’s flagship smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus are experiencing another problem with their new Android Ice Cream Sandwich device.

There have been a number of reports of a bug that causes the Samsung Galaxy Nexus to randomly reboot and the problem appears to be happening to owners of both the GSM version and the LTE version of the Galaxy Nexus.

Microsoft has announced that it will be bringing a range of new games to its Window Phone platform, plus a range of games in conjunction with both Electronic Arts and Nokia and the games are expected to be available in February.

Some of the titles announced for Windows Phone include Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction and Toy Soldiers: Boot Camp.


As well as these games for Windows Phone devices, Nokia has teamed up with Electronic Arts and they will be bringing over 20 of the worlds most popular games to Windows Phone devices.

With Verizon about to launch the new Motorola Droid 4, they have decided to drop the price of the Motorola Droid 3 before the new model goes on sale, and the device can now be had for $99 when you sign up to a new two year contract with Verizon.

As a reminder the Motorola Droid 3, which originally went on sale last June comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread and it features a 4 inch qHD touchscreen display.
