Legendary racing studio Criterion is not coming back to the genre any
time soon, according to Criterion studio manager Alex Ward. Ward cites
Criterion’s long period of working on nothing but racing games,
despite having proven its ability to swim in other waters with 2006′s
well-received Black and the more recent arcade oriented Burnout Crash.
"After over a decade of making racing
games it’s time to make something new. It is early days thus I have
nothing to "announce” or talk about,” one of his tweets reads.
"I will do my best to keep folks in the loop who want to follow what we play or what inspires us. Or what we might be listening to.
But if you are following me expecting some Megaton of a new Burnout
game, or an Underground remake then I have to disappoint you.”

LG is working on some interesting new stuff. One of those things is a
washing machine that won’t use water. Senior Vice President for LG
Electronics Home Appliance Division, Kevin Cha, didn’t say how they will
pull this off however.
We also don’t know if it will be totally waterless or just virtually
waterless. It is still in the early stages of development and they don’t
want to give their secrets away.
Another LG model, the Styler, was unveiled at CES this year, which
can ‘freshen’ clothes without detergent or water. This one will get a
feature upgrade, with the company set to add some kind of ironing
functionality. LG is also looking at a new kind of refrigerator, with a
prototype that can keep itself cool for six hours without any power.
Looks like LG wants to fill your home with cool new tech in the near
future.
