Since Google started shipping out their new Google Glasses Explorer editions to lucky winners of its Google Glass Project competition and who also had $1500 handy.

More and more aspects and functions of the Google Glasses have been coming to light, however one feature that seems to be lacking from the Google Glasses eyewear is security features.



Now Google Glasses user Mike DiGiovanni has developed a new application called Bulletproof for the eyewear that will automatically lock the device when it is removed from your face. Samsung first unveiled their new 85 inch Samsung 4k Ultra HD TV at CES in January of this year, and if you have been patiently waiting for its arrival in the UK, you will be pleased to learn that your wait is now over.

The massive 85 inch Samsung 4k S9 Ultra HD Tv will be arriving in the UK via Selfridges and will cost a mere £35,000, and offer users a resolution 3820 x 2160 pixels.

MadLab Industries have combined a six-bladed hexacopter and a 6-legged hexapod to create a new type of terrifying hexadrone that can not only walk but fly as well.

The Hexapod is a modified PhantomX kit from Trossen Robotics, and a custom MLI hexacopter, have been spliced together using carbon-fibre and aluminium to keep the weight to a minimum. Watch the video after the jump to learn more about the Hexadrone project and see it in action.

The LoveFilm streaming service available on PC, Mac or via Nintendo Wii and Wii U, Microsoft Xbox 360, Sony PS3, Kindle Fire HD and Kindle Fire, Apple iPad, although not the iPhone, has this week received a new update for the PS3 LoveFilm Instant app in the UK and Germany.

LoveFilm features in the new PS3 games console app update include an improved search function and recommendation engine, combing to provide more accessibility.

Samsung recently announced their new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 tablet, the device seemed to have minor upgraded on paper over the previous Galaxy Tab 3, and now the device has been benchmarked.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 features a dual core Cortex A9 processor with a clock speed of 1.9Ghz, have a look at the benchmarks below, which shows quite an improvement over the Galaxy Tab 2.

Relic Entertainment has just unveiled details for its new game Company of Heroes 2 Theater of War, revealing a little of what you can expect from the game when it officially launches.

The original Company of Heroes game was launched back in 2006, and the new Company of Heroes 2 game comes with the Theater of War 1941 pack, which features Soviet and German missions to play through.

OneNote Windows 8 and RT versions have this week received a new update from Microsoft which has brought with it a handy new drawing feature.

The new OneNote Windows 8 and RT has added the ability to finger paint on the screen of your device, however inking with a pen still remains the preferred experience if you own a Surface Pro ands can easily be switched between pen and touch.

IBM has created the world’s smallest movie, the movie which is called .A Boy and His Atom’, was created using atoms, you can see the video below, which shows the atoms at 100 times their actual size.

The movie has been verified by the Guinness World records as the world’s smallest movie, it is made from 242 frames that were captured with a scanning tunneling microscope.
