The guys over at Recombu have put together a comparison of the cameras on the Samsung Galaxy S4 vs HTC One, to see which of these two smartphones performs best taking photos in low light.
As well as comparing the Samsung Galaxy S4 vs HTC One, they also compared the cameras on the Nokia Lumia 720, Nokia Lumia 920 and Sony’s new flagship device, the Sony Xperia Z.

In addition to the Acer Aspire P3 and Acer Aspire R7 devices unveiled by Acer this week, a new tablet has also been unveiled in the form of the Iconia W3 tablet
Unfortunately for Acer the new Iconia W3 tablet also leaked on to
Amazon for $380, and revealed that the new tablet is equipped with a
8.1-inch 1280 x 800-pixel CrystalBrite LCD display.
The Acer Iconia W3 was also listed with 64MB of memory, 32 gigs of
internal storage, 2GB of RAM, 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, with a 2 megapixel

We have been hearing rumors for a while that Google are working on
paid channels for the YouTube video service, and now according to a
recent report by the FT, YouTube are close to launching this new paid
service.
According to the report the service could involve up to 50 paid
channels, where you could either subscribe to all the channels for a
monthly fee, or choose individual channels which would cost around $1.99
per month.
It will be interesting to see what Google comes up with for their
paid subscription service for YouTube, whether it will become popular
remains to be seen, as soon as we get some more details on the service
we will let you guys know.

Microsoft has released some details on Windows Phone 8, the company
has said that since the launch of Windows Phone 8 it has increased
application downloads by 100 percent over Windows Phone 7.
Microsoft also revealed some information on paid apps, the company has seen an increase of 140 percent in paid app revenue since the launch of Windows Phone 8.

A unique concepts has started it journey over on the Kickstarter
crowd funding website called, Casetop, which has been designed to allows
you to transform your smartphone into a notebook device.
The Casetop concept is the brain child of Livi Design and Casetop is
compatible with any Smartphone that is equipped with a video out option

We know that Verizon will officially announce the Nokia
Lumia 928 later this month, we have already seen some leaked photos of
the handset, and now the device has turned up on an advertising
billboard which you can see in the photo below.
The Nokia Lumia
928 will come with a 4.5 inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of
1280 x 768 pixels, processing will be provided by a dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor with a clock speed of 1.5GHz.
Other specifications on the Lumia 928 include an 8.7 megapixel camera
with a dual flash which features a Xenon and LED flash, plus
Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8, we should have more details later this

Since Google released their new Google Glasses eyewear to more user
via their Google Glasses Explorer program more and more information is
coming to light regards Google Glasses capabilities and specifications.
Now details have been released confining that Google Glasses will
come supplied with GPS support and the ability to send text messages
without the need for any companion applications.
The supported GPS within Google Glasses will be able to provide users
with turn-by-turn directions. Currently on the Google Glasses Explorer

As well as unveiling their new Acer Aspire R7 Windows 8 Notebook/Desktop Hybrid, Acer have also taken the wraps off its new Acer Aspire P3 convertible ultra book.
The Acer Aspire P3 base model will ship for around $799 and will be equipped with an Intel Core i3 process with i5 upgrades available, supported by 4GB of RAM and offering a 60GB solid state disk (SSD) for storage.
The Aspire P3 is fitted with a 11.6 inch screen off full HD
resolution and a full-sized USB, mini-HDMI and headphone jack, and comes
supplied with a Bluetooth keyboard case.

Epic and Mozilla have released a new video demonstrating the Epic
Citadel Web Version being port with Unreal Engine 3 running in Firefox,
and compiled from C++ source with Emscripten, running smoothly and

This week leaked images and specifications have surfaced for a new
Toshiba Android tablet in the form of the Toshiba AT10LE-A, which will
be equipped with NVIDIA’s new Tegra 4 mobile processor.
The new Toshiba AT10LE-A will also come supplied running Google’s
latest Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean operating system, together with a
