It would appear that LG may be working on a successor to their LG Optimus G smartphone, the device will apparently be called the LG Optimus G2 and it will feature a full HD display with a resolution of 1902 by 1080 pixels, the display will be 5 inches.
This ties in with the LG device with a 5 inch display and a 1080p resolution that recently appeared in some benchmarks, and the benchmarks also revealed that the device was running Android Jelly Bean and it featured a quad core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor.
LG recently launched their new Optimus G smartphone, which comes with
a 4.7 inch display and a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels, and according
to TechCrunch, the new 5 inch G2 with the full HD display could
possibly launch as early as May of 2013.
Nokia has added another new mobile phone to their Asha range with the launch of the Nokia Asha 205, which comes with a QWERTY keyboard and a dedicated Facebook button.
The Nokia Asha 205 features a 2.4 inch display, there is also a VGA camera and a microSD card slot which can take up to 32GB microSD cards, plus Bluetooth 2.1, and a choice of two versions one with a standard SIM card slot and one with a dual SIM card slot.

The Nokia Asha 205 is designed for emerging markets and it will launch some time before the end of the year for around $62 before taxes, you can find out more details over at Nokia.
Yahoo! China has some numbers regarding how the recently released Nokia Lumia
920 is doing worldwide, as well as the Lumia 820. They have reported
that more than 2.5 million units of the Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 have
been either sold, pre-ordered or booked. Those are impressive numbers.
This report comes after Nokia
launched the new Windows Phone 8-powered Lumia range officially in Hong
Kong. It took just minutes before the Lumia device was sold out on
Amazon China in fact. It is either lack of anticipated supply, or
overwhelming demand.
Either way, it’s good news for Nokia. People really want both models. Looks like Nokia has reason to celebrate right now.
We recently heard that the HTC DLX is due to launch in China next
month, we have already seen some leaked photos of the device, but now we
have a new photo which appears to be an official press shot of the
handset.
The HTC DLX is rumored to have similar specifications to
the HTC J Butterfly and the new Droid DNA, which will include a 5 inch
full HD touchscreen display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Google
recently launched their new Nexus 4 smartphone, which is made by LG for
Google, and now it would appear that owners of the device will get 50GB
of free Box storage.
Box announced previously that anyone purchasing an LG or Sony Android device would get 50GB of free storage, and it would appear that this offer also applies to the Google branded Nexus 4 smartphone.
In order to get the 50GB of Box storage for free on your Google Nexus
4 smartphone you will need to download the Box app for Android, and
then sign up for an account, you will then get the 50GB of free storage.
The guys over at Sammobile have managed to get their hands on a leaked update for the Samsung Galaxy Note II, the update is Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean for the device, which Samsung is currently testing at the moment.
Samsung
are expected to release the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for the
Galaxy Note II some time either in December or early January, and it

It looks like Nokia may have a hit on their hands with the new Nokia Lumia 920 smartphone, as according to a recent report by The Next Web, the Nokia Lumia 920 is sold out virtually everywhere in the US.
The
Nokia Lumia 920 launched on US mobile carrier AT&T, and now both
AT&T and also Amazon are showing the device out of stock, which
would imply that the demand for the device is high.
It
is not clear as yet on just how popular the Nokia Lumia 920 has become,
as there are no details as yet on how many units Nokia made available
at launch and also no details on how many handsets they have sold.
It
will be interesting to see some figures from Nokia showing exactly how
many of the Lumia 920 they have sold, as soon as we get some more
information we will let you guys know.
Microsoft recently launched their new Windows Phone 8 operating system, along with a number of Windows Phone 8 smartphones from makers like HTC and Nokia, and now it would appear that there may be some issues with Windows Phone 8.
It
looks like users of Windows Phone 8 are having a couple of issues with
their devices, which include random reboots of their device and also
some issues with battery life, the issues have be reported to Microsoft’s own support forum and also the forums over at WPCentral and Nokia’s support forums.
The guys over at the Verge have had issues with their HTC Windows Phone 8X device rebooting, and a number of owners of the new Nokia Lumia 920 have also had issues with the handset locking up.

Motorola has announced a new version of its Motorola RAZR i smartphone for China, the Motorola RAZR i MT788 which will land on Chinese carrier China mobile next month.
The Motorola RAZR i MT788 features a 4.3 inch qHD AMOLED display with a resolution of 860 x 540 pixels, the display comes with Gorilla Glass and the handset is powered by a 2GHz Intel Atom Z2480 processor.
Other specifications on the Motorola RAZR i MT788 include an 8 megapixel camera
and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, there is also a microSD card slot
that can take up to 32GB of storage and there is also 4GB of built in
storage.
The Motorola RAZR i MT788 has a slightly different
design to the original RAZR i and it also features a 1,735mAh battery
which is smaller than the battery on the original device.
