I think we can all agree that the Sony Xperia Tablet S did not do as well as Sony had hoped. That’s because they pulled the plug on the tablet
soon after its debut. Not a great move, but that’s what they did. Well,
if you own the Xperia Tablet S, here is some small bit of good news.
Sony Mobile has just introduced new firmware for the troubled tablet.
The latest firmware release will bring updates to a couple of
applications, like Socialife and Reader. It will also deliver support
for the SGPSPK1 speaker dock.
The update file is 65MB to 70MB, so you might want to download it
over a Wi-Fi connection. Sony may not have stood behind this tablet, but
at least you have this update.
